K-Afya is developed and supported by Kangai Technologies, a Kenyan software company based in Nairobi.
Who we are
Kangai Technologies designs, implements and supports management information systems for health facilities and financial institutions. We built K-Afya with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, pharmacists and accountants working in busy Kenyan facilities, and we keep improving it with the facilities that use it every day.
How we work
We provide the complete service ourselves: demonstration, site assessment, set-up, data migration, training, go-live and ongoing support. When you call us, you speak to the team that builds and supports your system.
From the front desk to the accounts
At facilities like RKA Specialist Hospital, every patient who arrives at reception is registered, queued, billed and followed through consultation, the laboratory and the pharmacy in K-Afya, and every payment lands in the hospital’s books the same day.
